Our service is guaranteed. If we make a promise and miss our ship date – the freight’s on us*. If you need to return any unused product with the original packaging, we’ll take it back and give you full credit for the material. ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Upon placing an online order, you will receive an automated response that we have received your order. Shortly thereafter, you will receive an acknowledgement of your order including product availability and ship date, followed by a shipment confirmation with tracking number. Orders that are received via fax will receive the same acknowledgements sent by fax.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
For your convenience, you can order online with your credit card in a safe and secure environment. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped. You can also purchase materials by Check or Money order. If you would like to set up a credit account for sanitary products purchases, please contact us for a credit application with our parent company, LAG Industrial LLC
SHIPPING
We ship via UPS to anywhere in the United States or Canada. Air shipment rates, along with rates for non-contiguous US States and Canada, can be calculated in your shopping cart before checkout. Contact our Customer Service Department to arrange for shipments to other locations and countries. Materials can only be shipped Monday through Friday. Orders for stock material placed by 3:00 PM CST will typically be shipped the same business day. If we cannot ship as promised, we will contact you immediately via E-mail or phone.
FREE SHIPPING
Orders greater than $500.00 USD qualify for free shipping via UPS ground to anywhere in the contiguous United States.
RETURNS
We accept returns of all materials shipped from our stock and returned to us unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase, without a restocking fee. You only pay the freight back. If the return is due to our error, we pay the freight back. Request return authorization by email or call us at 956-386-1464. Large quantities or special ordered material may have handling fees imposed by our manufacturer.
